02Data Collection When Visiting Our Website

This website is hosted on servers of Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) via the Cloudflare Pages service. The servers are located within the EU/EEA. Cloudflare is a certified participant in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the secure and reliable operation of our website).

When you use our contact form or contact us by e-mail at hello@zorrilla.media, the following data is collected and processed:

This data is used to respond to your enquiry and to contact you. We do not pass on this data to third parties without your consent.
5.2 Legal Basis and Retention Period
The legal basis for processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).
The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected, at the latest after 2 years.
06AI & Automation Services
In the context of our services, we use AI automation services (e.g. n8n, OpenAI, Anthropic). When using these services for client projects, we inform our clients separately about data processing and conclude the required data processing agreements.
Our own website does not use any AI services that process personal data of our website visitors.
07Right to Object and Withdrawal of Consent
